In 1975, Tom Livingston and Don Slone began a business partnership that has lasted over 45 years. Their earliest work included project management for the North Slope Borough and development of Energy Conservation Guidelines for a proposed State Capital complex in Willow.

Today, Livingston Slone’s award-winning team of architects, designers, planners, and project managers assists our clients in designing a network of essential Alaskan infrastructure, housed in sustainable and attractive facilities. Our designs have been featured in “Cool Architecture: Designing for Northern Climates,” and in numerous AIA publications. Our many design awards and repeat clients speak to the high standards and commitment to excellence that is the hallmark of Livingston Slone.
